Sporting Event Streaming/Webcasting
|
We Make It EASY! The easiest, cost effective and most popular method to put sporting events on the internet through BNet Streaming is used by independent sportscasters, schools and organizations all over the United States. For years sportscasters have used this method to put sporting events on terrestrial radio stations. Here's how it works: The
sportscaster just hooks their equipment, through a phone coupler, to
an on site phone line (or cell phone) and calls our manned Network
Operations Center in Houston, Texas. An automatic phone coupler here
answers and the audio is sent to an audio processor for level
control. Processed event audio is then sent to a Windows Media
Encoder and several of our distribution servers so thousands can
listen from anywhere in the World. We provide you with a link that
you put on YOUR web page so folks can access the broadcast.
We can (for an additional fee) accept "broadcast quality" feeds on ISDN, Comrex or Tieline codecs. If you need your event audio distributed to multiple stations via phone couplers we can distribute up to 12 simultaneous landline feeds from your single feed to us. Another method to get "broadcast quality" streaming of your event is to encode "on site" and we pick up your single encoded stream and distribute it through our powerful stream distribution servers to thousands of worldwide listeners. This requires broadband internet access at the event. Contact Dave Biondi at BNetStreaming at 877-928-0054 or 713-928-6909 to find out how easy it is to put your event on the net. |
